The oral reading of the minutes of the Mayor and Board of Alderman meeting for December 19, 2006 were waived. Motion was made by Alderman Anderson and was seconded by Vice-Mayor Gill.
Reports from Committees, Communications from Alderman: Chief Barrera and Officer Compton spoke.
Old Business:
Ordinance 2006-10: Amending the budget for FY 2006-2007.
Motion was made by Vice-Mayor Gill. No second. Motion failed to pass.
Ordinance 2006-11: Zoning Ordinance, Replaces Ordinances 97-01, 97-03, 97-26, 99-14, 01-15, and 02-027.

New Business:
Resolution 2007-01: Withdrawal from TCRS.
Motion was made by Vice-Mayor Gill and was seconded by Alderman Muhlstadt. The vote was as follows:

Resolution 2007-02: $10,000 Contribution to Coopertown Elementary School.
Motion was made by Alderman Anderson and seconded by Alderman Muhlstadt. The vote was as follows:

Resolution 2007-03: $9,000 Contribution to Coopertown Middle School Football Program.
Motion was made by Alderman Anderson and seconded by Alderman Muhlstadt. The vote was as follows:

Alderman Muhlstadt: Yes Resolution 2007-04: $14,500 Contribution to Coopertown Middle School Baseball Program.

Resolution 2007-05: Utilizing Mayor Danny Crosby’s tractor for all city services.

Proposal to Send Street Supervisor to Building Inspector School.

Proposal for POST decertification of Police Officers Jonathon Coulan and Chuck Talley.

Paving projected on Errel Dowlen and Cooper Nicholson. Community work day will be announced at a later date.
