In December you were informed that Ordinance #2011-020 regarding the sale of beer within

Coopertown City Limits had been passed by the Town's Board of Mayor and Aldermen. In that

notice you were informed that the Ordinance allows for on-site consumption of beer and permits

the selling of beer for off-site consumption twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. For

clarification SALE FOR ON SITE-CONSUMPTION still requires a SPECIAL permit. If you

wish to sell beer for on-site consumption you will need to apply for the proper permits and

comply with zoning requirements.
